The Authority requires that the broadcast footage be downloadable in a number of recognisable formats, including MP4 for television footage and MP3 for radio footage. The Authority specialises in live monitoring of broadcast news items and requires that the online platform be easily navigable with text-to-speech functionality and picture thumbnails embedded in the search display in order to quickly identify points of interest in the relevant broadcast footage.",
