(https://www.unity5.com/) We require a fast, seamless service implementation. Background Unity5 was awarded a contract to provide ZatPark; which is an end to end back office process that offers a digital parking permit system; a parking enforcement system which is linked to the parking permit system on a real-time basis and supported by mobile Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR); and a parking fines and penalty charge notice (PCN's) payment and appeals, management system. How to Opt/in and Submit Bid proposal: The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, via the BravoSolutions e-Tendering system, website address: https://commercialsolutions.bravosolution.co.uk Selection and award criteria is as stated in the procurement documents.
