DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER*** The aim of this tender is to source an independent party to conduct an audit into the Student Loans prospectus. This will provide Government and its Joint Lead Managers with confidence that the financial information within the Prospectus does not contain material errors and has been audited by a third party. The selected party will be required to provide a report of the AUPs and an ICMA comfort letter. This tender is to contract an independent party to, in accordance with International Standard on Related Services (ISRS) 4400 'Engagement to Perform Agreed Upon Procedures Regarding Financial Information\", perform an audit of the financial information presented in the Prospectus. The work will be completed in the following two phases. The draft red Prospectus will be prepared based on the then-available data and AuPs will be performed on this draft in December 2016, prior to the launch of any transaction. During February 2016, the stratification tables quoted in the draft red Prospectus will be updated using the final data extract for the black Prospectus (please note that the additional tables, market data and the WAL data will not be updated between the red and black Prospectus). The ICMA letter will be provided on the final black Prospectus Additional information: As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS can use the CCS eSourcing Suite for future procurements. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link 'Register for CCS eSourcing'. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
