It also protects the commercial interests of Highways England through active commercial contract, change and dispute management. The Commercial Delivery team provide contractual advice and check and challenge services to Major Projects, MP, and Operations Directorate, OD, in support of investment decision making and scheme delivery. Challenges associated with staff retention and recruitment, in this specialist area, means that Interim support is vital. This work package will be essential to assist CSD to meet the challenges of increased demand associated with the Roads Investment Strategy and in particular the management of M25 DBFO and significant change of contract management arrangements of Severn Crossings.",
