        "description": "De Montfort University (DMU), requires a software tool to digitally transfer the University's VAT return output to HMRC online portal and is inviting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (this \"RfP,\" or \"Request for Proposal\") in order to be provided with a solution to digitally transfer the VAT return to HMRC in line with the Governments mandatory requirement. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to identify a Proposal that will provide the best overall value to DMU for the above mentioned Services, taking into account both price and non-price factors including service delivery.
