        "description": "ESPO National framework for the supply of complete meal concepts such as pasta, rice or noodle pots and hot food-to-go items including filled wraps, pizzas and more. Lot No: 1 - Pasta, Rice and Noodle Based Meals. Supply of meat based and vegetarian sauces with a selection of pasta, rice and noodles designed to be served in light weight disposable food containers. Lot No: 2 - Bread and Wrap Based Concepts.
