        "description": "The London Borough of Southwark intends to procure a four year framework for legal services (solicitors services) to serve both its own departments, other interested London local authorities, their wholly owned companies, London fire services and London CCGs. It is anticipated that framework contracts will be awarded in July 2018. The total estimated value of the framework will be between PS18 million to PS25 million of which Southwark's spend is estimated at PS9 million for the four year period.
