        "description": "The Council require the design and construction of works to provide a multi storey car park development comprising the construction of 541 space multi-storey public car park (Sui Generis) and 825 sqm. (GEFA) flexible commercial floor-space (Use Class A1, B1 and D2) on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park together with the associated infrastructure services as described in more detail within the attached documents. Infrastructure services are to be modified to suit the new structure and a new electrical mains supply provided to the site; drainage is to be modified and installed to divert existing services and to install new services to support the SUDS strategy and Flood Risk Assessment developed for the site.
