        "description": "This phase of the Works comprises the highway improvement of the existing High Street, Church Street and WestStreet between the extents already improved in Phases 1, 2a & 2b. The Works include significant rearrangement of the signalised junction of the High Street North with Church Street and West Street. The works will entail kerb realignment, footway renewal, carriageway surfacing, significant drainage attenuation installation, traffic calming, replacement traffic signals infrastructure and the provision of landscaping and street furniture. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process. Questions asked together with the Council's response will be made available to all tenderers to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
