The supplier has been selected via call off from Lot 7 of the Bath & North East Somerset Council Bus & Coach Procurement Framework (Reference BNESJB/0617). Additional information: The contract end date is 31st December 2023 (purchase order date). The tender documentation stated our requirement for up to 44 hydrogen fuelled buses, with an immediate requirement for 20 vehicles and for up to a further 24 subject to further grant funding. The tender documentation made it clear that it was possible that the two options could be exercised through separate purchase orders. There is an option to extend to 31st December 2024 to exercise this option. The initial contract value is PS9,599,900 (purchase of 20 vehicles). The contract contains a mechanism to vary the contract to include maintenance provisions and training based on values in Schedule 3 of the contract.",
