All learning must be instructed under the guidance of a lecturer, supervisor tutor or appropriate provider of education and training whilst on the skilled bootcamps. All projects must demonstrate extensive evidence of employer involvement in the design of their delivery of their skilled Bootcamps. Kingston upon Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the training services described.
