Seven of the bores are to be constructed from a temporary steel sheet piled launch pit located adjacent to OOCL within the decommissioned Hex depot. They will be jacked approximately 175m to a reception pit located within the Wormwood Scrubs common land just south of the boundary to the IEP depot. The eighth bore, which is nearest to Old Oak Common Lane, is to be driven from reception pit located within Wormwood Scrubs land. This 160m long bore will terminate in a reception pit constructed just north of the out of use Down/Up Wycombe Line, railway embankment and adjacent to Old Oak Common Lane Commence works on site July 2020 with the construction of launch and reception pits, including site establishment by the sub-contractor. Commence pipe jacking October 2020, complete December 2020. Prior to this works the sub- contractor shall complete detailed planning, SHEQ documentation approval with all parties, temporary works design and approvals, fabrication design and approvals. The selected Supply Chain Partner must be able to demonstrate: Thames Water approved contractor Micro boring Specialist Deep Drainage Temporary Works Working in railway environment Dimensional Control About the buyer's selection process: Respondents to this opportunity should be advised that shortlisted applicants will be invited to tender through an external ERP system.
