The works comprise the replacement of heating and hot water plant to bungalows 1,2,5 and 6 to replicate exactly the replacement plant installed in bungalow 3 using identical plant and equipment. * Replacement of the existing combi boiler with new Ideal Vogue S32 system boiler plant. * Supply and install controls to provide heating and hot water in the building complete with associated valves. * Supply and installation of one number 250 litre indirect hot water vessel. * Supply and installation of HWS and HTG pressurisation kits * Supply and installation of anti-legionella valve. * Connection of new pipework into existing. * Supply and installation of pumps valves and ancillary equipment to suit new plant and boiler arrangements.",
