The Council is seeking the delivery of an Arts club that may cover the following but is not exhaustive: *Arts and crafts *Dance and drama *Music and singing *Sculpture and collages This Arts club will operate for a minimum of 2 hours weekly for a minimum of 12 and up to 20 individuals. The sessions will be held at a regular day and time each week and shall be arranged to take account of other targeted activities delivered locally. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
