The guidance states: \"Waste upholstered domestic seating containing POPs must not be: * Landfilled * Mixed with other non-POPs containing wastes * Re-used or recycled Waste upholstered domestic seating containing POPs must only be: * Sent for incineration, or * Used as a fuel in for example a cement kiln\" Leicestershire County Council are running a Soft Market Testing exercise seeking information from the industry to help the Council determine how it should approach the treatment of the above material going forward.",
