The property requires: - New kitchen units and worktops - Removal of existing Stramit board to the external walls and internal partitions. - Energy conservation improvements to the walls in each habitable room. - New laminate flooring to each room. - Fire safety improvements. The deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on 7th December 2018. Note - tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the Instructions for Tender. It is proposed to commence works on 2nd January 2019 or date as otherwise agreed with contractor.
