Legal, such as legal proceedings, compensation and personal injury claims, and support. General tax, such as systems, exemptions and rates. Consumer advice, such as problems with buying goods and services, financial services, insurance queries and consumer law. 'The Service' will also hold general information on issues relating to community care, education, transport and travel, immigration and telecommunications.",
