Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking interest from small and medium sized multi-utility contractors to be added to the approved tenderers list for an initial pipeline of 10 no. utility diversion packages across the Area North project footprint (Lichfield to Kenilworth via Birmingham) during 2026/2027. These works will consist of power, water, gas and telecoms diversions typically in highways, verges, agricultural land and unmade surfaces with an initial estimated value of PS2m across 10 packages.
