The successful provider will: - Be able to supply and deliver a dinner that is hot or can be heated up; and a packed style lunch as per the service specification with deliveries taking place during the working week and meals being stored on site over weekends and public holidays. - Be able to supply nutritious food, catering for a number of dietary or cultural needs, relevant to guests that the City Inn Express - Be able to wind down the service during the duration of the contract as per the service specification, as the service at City Inn Express is replaced by a City of London Located Rough Sleeper Assessment Centre - Have an understanding of the client group and their tastes The duration and maximum length of the contract is 1 year.
