This document provides background information on the servicing, repair and installation works together with a number of questions designed to explore: * Your appetite for bidding for a contract for the provision of gas servicing & Repairs and associated responsive & planned installation works to stock totalling: SS Lot 1 - South - c.11,000 Properties - Estimated PS3m per annum SS Lot 2 - East - c.14,500 Properties - Estimated PS4m per annum SS Lot 3 - West - c.17,000 Properties - Estimated PS4.5m per annum SS Lot 4 - Belle Isle (BITMO) - c1,900 Properties - Estimated PS600k per annum * Your observations regarding packaging structure / strategy * Your views on any issues with respect to providing the services and possible solutions.
