PCH has an out-sourced internal audit function and therefore the contractor will be required to ensure that there is an effective internal audit service in place. This should be done in conjunction with the Executive Management Team (EMT), Audit and Risk Committee and our external auditors (KPMG). The requirements set out in the specification are minimum requirements and tender responses should set out in more detail proposals for meeting the internal audit service requirements.
