The contract will be divided into two lots as follows: * Lot 1 - Washington, the Coalfields and Sunderland North - 149 sites * Lot 2 - Sunderland South, West and East - 128 sites For the avoidance of doubt, the intention is to award each Lot to a separate contractor. To comply with BS8580 and ensure impartiality and integrity when carrying out surveys of legionella in premises it is a requirement of Sunderland City Council that the Legionella Monitoring and Maintenance is not carried out by the same contractor who carries out the Legionella Risk Assessments",
