Support is required for a number of businesses with IP, R&D collaboration agreements and contracts before, during and after R&D activity has taken place. There is a requirement for an appropriately qualified legal expert to transfer knowledge of the legal aspects of IP associated with R&D activity to support businesses in overcoming these challenges.",
