The requirement is for the design, production and personalised supply of all electoral materials: poll cards, ballot papers, postal voting packs, canvass forms, electoral stationery and envelopes including electoral registration forms for this purpose. The timely posting of all such documents and liaison with Royal Mail is also a requirement.",
