The build specification is a traditional build method to the Council's low carbon build specification. The specification exceeds the current building regulation requirements for thermal energy efficiency through a fabric first approach. The properties will have high levels of insulation, air source heat pumps, storage batteries and solar PV panels. The plans include highway works and landscaping This notice is to make Contractors aware of the opportunity and the procurement and construction timeline the Council is working towards to allow them to prepare their organisation to tender and build.
