The Council is looking for two tenderers to be awarded this contract; with work being split equally. This tender is for the provision of Minor Civil Engineering Works, generally involving planned, cyclical and responsive maintenance; however, there may be opportunities for some new or improvement work too. The contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 1 July 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance in the initial term. The Total Contract Value is approximately PS1m per 12 month period, however, the contract will be split between two successful Tenderers. The Contract value per winning tenderer will therefore be worth PS500,000/annum.
