The initial project, of six pilot units, will act as a gateway to a larger portfolio of units which will receive the same treatment. This larger portfolio of approximately 40 properties, is subject to finance and necessary internal approvals being in place and will be largely driven by the success of the Pilot Scheme. This opportunity will help shape the future market and increase the supply into the market of suitable properties for this approach.",
