        "description": "The Authority wishes to award a contract for an Adult Learning System, (\"the Contract\"). The Authority has reviewed it's Learner Management IT systems. The key systems currently in use are AQUA, Onefile ePortfolio and Proachieve plus a number of other funding and learning assessment systems as per the diagram in the next section. The Authority is seeking a single software solution to provide the full functionality stated within this document in order to avoid costly integration with multiple systems as currently is the case.
