The contractor is to provide and erect any necessary scaffolding, hoists, scissor lifts and access plant etc to execute the works as required. The Contractor is to obtain all consents and licences for the erection of scaffolding and any other equipment required. Remove asbestos roof covering and rainwater goods. Dispose to a licensed disposal site in accordance with statutory requirements.
