This will suit suppliers that can provide a multi-disciplined workforce, however, we are also interested in the specialist who undertakes 1 or more of the following tasks: - complete kitchens/bathrooms, - windows/external doors, - internal doors, - flat or pitched roofing, - brickwork replacement, - concrete repairs, - painting/decorating (internal/external), - disability adaptations, - electrical rewires and testing, - emergency lighting, - plumbing/heating system renewal, - above ground drainage surveys/replacement, - fencing and gates (metal/timber), - grounds maintenance. LHC will be carrying out market analysis/pre-tender engagement to establish the interest in a framework agreement for Minor Works (MW1). As such, LHC would appreciate if you could support this by answering a few questions via the survey monkey; https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LHCWM1 to help us gain a better understanding of the type of work you can offer in relation to minor works.
