This additional equipment needs to address two main areas, improving building security and to support segmentation of students, staff and commercial tenants within the building. Door systems will be installed, throughout the building: - Lower ground floor, meeting rooms, circulation spaces and entrance door - Upper ground floor rented space - First floor rented space - External bicycle shelter Works required to facilitate the above access controls and additional electrical works.",
