Initial term for the Agreement: 5 years; extendable for further 5 years with breaks in years 8 and 9. Max duration 10 years. Intention of parties is to develop systems which deliver savings to RWT. Financial modelling assumes Babylon invests at its own risk; if projected savings generated, will be shared between RWT and Babylon through Gain/Loss Share Agreement. Modelling only able to be undertaken over first 5 years of Agreement; if successful (and extended) it is anticipated that a similar level of savings (and therefore cost to RWT) will be incurred over the extended period of the Agreement.",
