A site survey may need to be carried out prior to installation to conduct a risk assessment and assess the current electrical layout of the property. The contractor shall survey the existing building roof (pitched, corrugated) to determine suitability of the installation and recommend any structural changes, if required, as well as an assessment of the existing electrical installation with recommendations to ensure compatibility with the proposed solar PV installation.
