However, as the system is specifically owned by Abritas Limited, no other Company can maintain the system. Therefore a negotiated process has taken place to award this maintenance Contract direct to Abritas Limited Additional information: This Contract was awarded through a negotiation process due to the fact that it is a software maintenance agreement linked to software that is only provided by its Developer. This being the case, no other Supplier can provide this requirement.",
