Medway Council are seeking applications from providers with relevant experience to provide supported living care and support to individuals living with conditions such as learning disability, autism, mental health, physical disability, cognitive disability, substance use, dual disability. It is the council's intention to build a resilient marketplace, via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), occupied by sufficient providers, possessing the specialisms to ensure confidence in the quality and appropriateness of the support available to meet the needs of Medway residents. Supported Living Services in Medway will be outcomes focused, with the individual at the front and centre of all planning. The DPS will be comprised of three lots: Lot 1 - Support at accommodation for individuals with lower needs, Lot 2 - Support at accommodation for individuals with higher needs, and Lot 3 - Specialist support.",
