For each programme we will require: - * Responsive administrative and organisational support * Work alongside locally identified school-based facilitators * Training and assessment of facilitators * Training delivered locally in Enfield based cluster groups * Quality assurance of the programme and facilitators * A blended learning approach * Face to face training resources * Online materials for the programme * Online discussions and support * Peer group meetings or support sessions * Provision of trained mentors where needed * Diagnostic development tools * Final assessment * Support available beyond face to face sessions to assist with assessment * A track record of candidates' successful completion of the programmes * Value for money per unit. Each programme is unlikely to have no more than 25 delegates.",
