It is critical the advice received is consistent and timely through the consenting and licensing application process for Bradwell B, therefore the services will be provided under a Call-off Contract with one supplier. Time available for advice is largely determined by MMO legal obligations under the consenting process. Advice will generally be required within 14 days; however this may vary depending on the nature of documents for review.
