        "description": "NHS England are looking to contract with an organisation to provide a measurement support function as part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programmes measurement strategy delivered by the AHSN Network's Patient Safety Collaboratives (PSCs)). Support, to-date, has focussed on the assurance aspect of the programmes. This has enabled the supplier to set up appropriate data processing arrangements across the Academic Health Science Networks to capture and measure the delivery of the programmes.
