        "description": "The Council is looking to set up work programmes for delivering minor works and subsidence works within the Dudley Borough. The Works to be procured and called off through the contract could include, concrete repairs, small demolition works, retaining walls, replacement of concrete floors, brickwork repairs, vacant property refurbishment and other specialist structural works and all associated works.
