Providers must have \"Good\" or \"Outstanding\" Ofsted inspection gradings from the Private, Voluntary and Independent sector (PVI), Schools, Academies and Registered Childminders may submit tenders to establish childcare provision within the three purpose built NCC owned and maintained properties.
