Europarc is located on the western edge of the Grimsby urban area approximately 4km from Grimsby Town Centre. It was created in 1997 as a major high quality business park of regional significance. It has developed incrementally and successfully since that time. However, due to its out of town location, residents without private transport are reliant on the current bus service to access employment at the location. The 5M bus service currently operates from Immingham County Hotel, to CATCH and Millennium Organic Chemicals and allows local people to access work, training, and education",
