New & Replacement cabinetry and panelling *Alterations to Ground Floor Reception Areas *Alterations to existing drainage installations and toilet are refurbishment *WC Refurbishment - It should be noted that the photographic survey (See Employers Requirements Section 4.3.4) refers only to the refurbishment of the Male Toilets. For the avoidance of doubt, the Toilet Refurbishment is to cover both the Male and Female Toilets on all three levels.
