        "description": "Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to two separate contracts within Planned Maintenance Works, namely Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works and Window and Door Replacement Works. Waverley Borough Council (WBC) owns and manages approximately 5,000 properties within Waverley, Surrey. It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further five years.
