We want to ensure that the programme of development results in sustainable change and a tangible difference in the way leaders and managers at NICE operate and behave so the content and delivery must be action orientated with a focus on performance outcomes. it is important that the programme be bespoke to the specific leadership and management challenges in NICE and relates back to our strategic aims.
