It is the Councils intention to establish a framework of providers who will deliver knowledge and skills through 121 mentoring and workshops to local start ups and small to medium sized enteprises. The services required under this contract will be funded by the Department of BEIS up to the budget threshold of PS63,500 and facilitated by the Marches Growth Hub Telford (Telford & Wrekin Council).
