This will include looking at key sites and existing land uses which currently do not meet their potential and producing a robust plan to support the Totton Partnership's desire for change. Alongside a Framework Masterplan, the chosen Contractor will need to produce a costed Investment Plan with proposed phasing to assist the Partnership in making the case for future funding. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).",
