These houses must be built in the Borough of Corby and can have either two (2) or three (3) bedrooms. Interested parties who may have such properties available are requested to send details, including: 1. Location; 2. Plans; and 3. Indicative Price to procurement@corby.gov.uk by the notice closing date. It should be noted that this is a notice to enable Corby Borough Council to determine whether any appropriate options exist in the marketplace.
