The Technical Specification document contains the scope of requirements. The system will need installation at Digital Catapult office. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for post-delivery testing & commissioning and signoff. The process involves onsite installation & commissioning, hence the awarded Bidder will be responsible for onsite testing, commissioning, troubleshooting (if any) & signoff in the site. The awarded Bidder will be fully responsible for delivering the items to the final delivery location, i.e. Digital Catapult office in London.",
