The Bungalow office accommodation will be occupied whilst works take place. The boiler plant service all buildings that are located on the Hawkhurst Community Hospital site. Bidders must: * Be Constructionline registered with 'verified' status. * Have experience in working in an NHS environment. A site visit will be held Tuesday, 26 June 2018 at 1300 hrs. Details will be stated in the Tender Documents. JCT INTERMEDIATE BUILDING CONTRACT will be applied to these works.
