Sellafield Ltd has a requirement to deliver: appropriate Examination, Inspection and Maintenance (EIM&T) activities to cover the Environmental Permit for Radioactive Substances Regulations, issued by the Environmental Agency to Sellafield Ltd. There is also a requirement to comply with ONR Site Licence Condition 28 in line with the 'Lagoon and Sealines Radiological Safety Case'. In order to ensure compliance and meet regulatory expectations Sellafield Ltd has taken the decision to procure a second hand vessel in order to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.",
